Yes. Cancel online up to 48 hours before your survey for a full refund, using the link in your confirmation email. Inside 48 hours, call us on 0141 884 7402.
If nobody is at the property when we arrive and you haven’t let us know, any refund is decided case by case. If you can’t make it, cancel or rearrange as early as you can.

Know where the stopcock and water meter are. Floor plans help, but they aren’t essential.
